Returns and Exchanges
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, effective from the date you receive the item.
Returned items must be in new, unused condition, and include the original packaging and tags.
Please contact Customer Service to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number before returning an item.
Return Shipping:
We cover shipping costs for defective items or incorrect shipments.
Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility for returns for other reasons.

Exchanges
To exchange for a different size, color, or style, please contact Customer Service within 30 days to request an exchange.
Exchanges must be in new condition.
If the item you requested is out of stock, we will issue a refund.
Exchanges may incur a price difference or additional shipping charges (depending on the situation).
Refunds
We will issue refunds within 7-10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Refunds will be made to the original payment method (e.g., Visa, Mastercard, etc.).

How to request a return or exchange
Contact Customer Service (email: wecare@homlean.com) to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Package the item securely and return it to the return address above.
Once we confirm the item's condition, we will arrange a refund or exchange as soon as possible.
